We inform you that you can file a complaint in person or through your representative or proxy.
It is necessary that the complaint contains the following data and documentation:
- name, surname and address of the complainant if it is a natural person, i.e. the business name and registered office of the legal person and the name and surname of the legal representative of the legal person, i.e. the authorized person if the complaint is submitted in the name and on behalf of the legal person;
- the reasons for the objection and the requests of its applicant;
- evidence to support the allegations in the complaint;
- the date of filing the complaint;
- the signature of the complainant, that is, his representative or attorney;
- a special power of attorney for representation, if the complaint was submitted by an attorney, by which the service user authorizes the attorney to submit an objection to the work of Wiener Städtische životno osiguranje a.d. on his behalf and on his behalf. Podgorica, to undertake actions based on that complaint and by which the user of the insurance service gives permission to make available to that proxy the data related to him, which represent personal data in the sense of the law regulating the protection of personal data, i.e. secret data in the sense of other regulations.
The objection is submitted by mail or directly at the premises of Wiener Städtische životno osiguranje a.d. Podgorica.
Wiener Städtische life insurance a.d. Podgorica will respond to your complaint no later than within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
The next instance you can turn to in case you are not satisfied with the Appeals Commission’s Decision is the Insurance Supervision Agency or the competent court.
