Insurance sales
All cities in Montenegro.
You are the right candidate for us if you have:
• Min.SSS (IV level of vocational education);
• Strong sales and organizational skills
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills;
• Focused on achieving results and providing superior service to our clients;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to self-manage;
• Ability for individual and team work;
• Ability to accept and give constructive feedback;
• Ambition and desire for success;
• Knowledge of the market and business contacts;
• Working knowledge of the MS Office package;
• Possession of a “B” category driver’s license is desirable;
• Willingness for field work;
Your duties will be as follows:
• Establishing business contacts;
• Increasing the insurance portfolio;
• Amendments and additions to insurance contracts as well as renewal of insurance contracts;
• Preparation of offers and insurance policies with accompanying documentation;
• Insurance premium collection;
• Preparation of weekly plans and reports;
• Receipt of statements from the policyholder, that is, the insured;
• Other tasks by order of the immediate manager;
